The homes built for Cottage Hill are designed by you, the homeowner. From the preliminary design to after closing we are with you throughout the entire process. Rather than having one or two planning sessions to decide on your home we believe in a step-by-step process to help you feel confident and satisfied in building the home of your dreams. In design sessions and product selections, as well as development progress, we will guide you every step of the way. At Cottage Hill we truly believe in the work we do and the process by which we do it.

Whether it’s a magazine clipping that you’ve been saving for over two decades or your favorite Pinterest board, we will take the ideas that inspire you to help create your perfect home. Bring it all to the table. Planning sessions take place in a very casual setting. We welcome you into our home to present us with a vision of what your dream home is. We then take your ideas and marry them with one our creatively-inspired floor plans that provide a plethora of wonderful options for your lifestyle.
the perfect lot
Finding a lot to accommodate your home will not be difficult at Cottage Hill due to the variety of lot options. With individual lots averaging 1/3 of an acre, Cottage Hill features sixteen lots that will accommodate walkout basements, while eleven lots will offer crawl space or slab on grade homes. We will bring you out to the site to see in person what each lot has to offer. With 15 lots still available the variety in selection is still robust. Once the design contract is in place and the lot is selected, we will start to plan the trim and fixtures of both the interior and exterior. Again, your vision made reality. We use only the best materials from the best vendors to ensure that your home will not only look amazing, but have the quality to back it up. We will be in every meeting with every vendor alongside you to make sure that your vision is being met and that you are comfortable and confident in every step of the building process.
